Creamy Chicken Grapes

Ingredients
- Chicken breast (sliced) 2
 - Spring onion 2
 - Vinegar 1 tbsp
 - Corn flour 1 tbsp
 - Milk ¼ cup
 - Dill chopped ¼ bunch
 - Fresh cream ½ cup
 - Grapes 250 gm
 - Lemon juice 1 tbsp
 - Salt to taste
 - Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
 - Garlic paste 1 tsp
 - Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
 - Onion chopped 1 small
 
 Method
- Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tsp garlic paste and 1 chopped onion. Fry till onion is softened.Then add 2 sliced chicken breast and fry till its color turn to golden brown.Add 2 chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ cup fresh cream and 250 gm grapes. Cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
 - Then add in salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper and ¼ bunch of chopped soya leaves.Dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in ¼ cup milk and add to the chicken mixture.Cook till gravy thickens, then dish it out and serve hot.
