Creamy Chicken Grapes


Ingredients
  • Chicken breast (sliced) 2
  • Spring onion 2
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Dill chopped ¼ bunch
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Grapes 250 gm
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Onion chopped 1 small
Method
  • Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tsp garlic paste and 1 chopped onion. Fry till onion is softened.Then add 2 sliced chicken breast and fry till its color turn to golden brown.Add 2 chopped spring onion, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ cup fresh cream and 250 gm grapes. Cook for 4 – 5 minutes.
  • Then add in salt to taste, 1 tsp black pepper and ¼ bunch of chopped soya leaves.Dissolve 1 tbsp corn flour in ¼ cup milk and add to the chicken mixture.Cook till gravy thickens, then dish it out and serve hot.
