Ingredients
- Undercut ½ kg cut into 1 inch cubes
- Oil ¼ cup
- Onion ½ cup chopped
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Ketchup ½ cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Mustard powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper ½ tsp
- Chili powder 1 tsp leveled
- Tomato paste 1 tbsp
- BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
Method
- Heat oil add onion, fry till transparent, add ginger garlic paste with undercut and fry well add all the above ingredients and sauces, fry well add half cup water for gravy, cook until done, serve with boiled rice.
