Handi kofta
Ingredients
- Beef mince ½ kg
- Poppy seeds 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
- Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
- Coconut 1 tbsp
- Button red chilies 15
- Roasted gram 2 tbsp
- Allspice 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp heaped
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Onion 1 large grinded
- Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Papaya 1 tbsp grinded
Method
- Dry Roast poppy seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, coconut, button red chilies and grind finely with roasted gram, marinate mince with raw papaya, salt, ginger garlic paste and roasted and grinded masala, leave it for 1 hour, mix well adding yogurt, make into balls, heat oil in a handi, add koftay, cook on low flame with half cup water, lastly add chopped coriander leaves, green chilies, serve garnish with onion rings, tomato slices, lemon slices.
